Rip-off! Deceptive practices on financing charges

I purchased a vehicle from Carls Chevrolet and had it financed at 20.27% Three weeks later three very large men came to my place of work and told me I had to sign a new financing agreement or they were going to take the vehicle with them. They said my initial financing was declined.

I signed there new agreement, and come to find out, it now has a rate of 24%. It went from a $518 a month payment to a $558 a month payment.

This is called the "Bait and Switch" program. They had told me they already sold my old vehicle and using intimidation made me sign to a new financing charge.

Why would it take three weeks to determine that the financing was declined? When after all they let me take the vehicle the same day I purchased it. And why would they think its any easier for me to pay $558 instead of $518 per month?

They got me on this one. So don't buy from this place. And if anyone else has screwed up, just refinance somewhere else and contact the BBB.

They are rip-offs!!!
