So I called them to have somew repairs done on my vehicle. I asked about financing options and he gave me like 3 different options. I took my vehicle down to him we agreed upon an amount and what was wrong. I asked again about financing and he reassured me no matter what we can do some sort of plan. He said they have a credit card called car care and if that doesnt go through then the store its self does financing. It works out with payment 90 days same as cash. What they do is put a locking device on your car if you dont pay. So I was game. I agreed to do the repairs verbally being reassured it could be financed. So i call and check back a few days later, my truck being finished. I said ok what do i need to come and sign for my financing options. Steve the store manager which is the one that i had spoke with in the first place about financing said well you didnt qualify for the credit card. I said ok so we can go with the other options. He then said what options. I responded with the other financing options you told me about. He then said i dont have any other options, i said we talked about them and i explained what we talked about. We then got into an arguement about how i made all this up and he never said any of it. So basically a long story short. He lied about the financing and said well IDK what to tell you but untill you come up with 1400.00 dollars were keeping your truck. So thats the predicament I'm in. Ya by the way they get remanufacture trans for 600.00 at their cost. I know this cause a friend of mine worked at this very location. They tried to charge me 2300.00 plus labor. So watch yourself going in here. They are willing to screw over hard working people like me and you.
