American Sales & Auto Leasing "The best screw you can get for $1500 dollars!

We tried to purchase a vehicle from American Sales & Auto Leasing in Dundee Fl. We made a down payment of $1500.00 and took the vehicle home. Weeks passed and we were denied financing by several companies.

We offered to return the vehicle but were told "Oh No we'll get financing just give us some time." Well 2 months passed and still no financing. They then came to our home and picked up the vehicle.

We asked for our down payment back but they would only refund us $500.00. They said we owed them for mileage even though they do not have a copy of any signed mileage order.

We asked for copies of all paperwork that we signed but were declined.

We were never financed this vehicle and never agreed to pay for any mileage. We have receipts for the $1500.00 that state "If Approved, Non Refundable" but we were never approved. We would like our money back!
