Hi.
I want to report Les Schwabe for mistreating customers.
My Husband and i just bought a brand new Car on Monday we took it over to Les Schwabe to have the tires rotated and check air pressure. We have delt with this dealer on many occacions before buying tires and have rotations done ect ect..
Any way this isnt are first time, we sat there almost two hours before they even looked at our car taking other customers that had just walked in before us we were getting alittle upset at why they were doing this, we sat there a few more minutes when they finally got to our car they put it up on the rack started to take the caps of the tires and said to my husband i cant get this off one of the caps were broken i cant do anything for you, didnt even take 30 seconds okay so we left took the car home and my husband went to take the caps off himself it took him less then 2 seconds to get this broken cap off the rim. The employee at Les Schwabe never tryed to make any effert to get this cap off. We both were very upset by this time,
So the next morning after taking the car to DEQ again we went to Les Schwabe to have them check the air pressure and rotate the tires mind you the same dealer on Lombard Street where we had just been the night before. Figuring it was 9 am we can get this in and out with no hassel wrong, again we sat and watched three more customers walk in be serviced and on their way before they even took alook at our car.
Being very upset sitting there and hour now has gone by i told my husband what is up with this two days in row we come in they take other customers before us when we were here first.
My husband approched the counter we asked why is it that we came in here an hour ago and you have serviced other people that have come in way after us. The counter person said well your car is next my husband looked at him and said please give me our keys to our car we are leaving, the attendent at the regester could not give us a straight answer as to why we were treated in this manner.
We will never be back just because all we were asking for was a rotaion and air pressure check they keep shoving us back,
I dont think that is fair. That is not how you treat customers.
