I have worked in the Auto service industry for over 7 tear's.

I know that the customer's are being cheated on account that I my self cheated them with out even know it. I have been looking into the Billing Procedure at Firestone. It appears that as many as or more that 50% of the Customer's get this service are possibly damaged from $11.00 to $69.99 dollars.

Please help me in regards to letting the Customers know that their experience at Firestone could have been related to my discovery. There are 100,000's possible victims in California!
