Firestone online appt sucks - Tires, Oil Changes, Brakes, and other parts

I scheduled an online appointment with firestone for an oil change. After providing all the options i was comfortable with, i even received the confirmation of the appointment. But when i went to the service station, the frontdesk simply said "we dont have any appointments". And was not even ready to help me out.
This is ridiculous and the worst customer service ever!!! Why do u confirm an appointment and can't keep it? U'r stupid "COMPUTERS" are outdated and suck. PLS UPGRADE U'RSELF FIRESTONE.
Am never gonna come back to firestone again.
