Financial Products total scam - unable to reach company for refund or coverage

Purchased extended warranty for automobile 8/4 after receiving postcard in mail containing VIN number and information relating specfically to my purchase.
Offered extended warranty with guarantee if not used by end of coverage date would receive full refund.
Attempts to contact company futile. Searching the WWW have discovered the owner was under investigation by numerous state attorneys general and company filed for Ch 11 bankruptcy. Also noted company has resurfaced using aliases.

Unable to discover the outcome of suits and bankruptcy proceedings, but if anyone has information on locating the company and the estimated 30 million dollars would really like to hear.
