Dishonest ripoffs juiced me out of my money

I paid about $1200 for extended warranty from WarrantyUSA for coverage up to 100,000 miles / 3/5. I filed claims twice.

The first time I was told to pay for the job myself and that i would be reimbursed later, but I wasn't. The next time I tried to file a claim, I was told that warrantyusa had filed for bankruptcy. When I called WarrantyUSA myself, they indeed told me that they filed bankruptcy and that they were not accepting any claims at the time; yet claimed that things would be back to normal at a later date.

Things haven't been back to normal. As of 5/8, i tried to file a claim, but when i called I received a 'wrong number' recording. There goes my ONE thousand something dollars down the drain!

I wish there was some kind of way I could sue them and get all of my money back from them crooks!!!
