I purchased a 1.8L engine from this business on April 21st the part was advertised as having 71k miles which I purchased for $1055.00 for, While the initial contact with a "Tiffany" was very polite, and overall positive, things began to take a turn quickly, as first the item was delayed for unspecified reasons and arrived late. Next, the part arrived with damaged parts on it (oil pan was completely destroyed) and when the engine was installed by my mechanic at an ASE certified shop, the engine proved to be junk, with no compression in cylinder 4. No problem, go thru the warranty process right? Well, first off that took nearly 2 weeks, during which time I was told by the company that they would go thru my mechanic's shop for the warranty process. After this, I was contacted thru my email account from a "Rob" indicating they had a resolution. This "Resolution" turned out to be a replacement engine with over 103k miles on it that I found advertised thru them for about $300 less than what I paid, with absolutely no offer to compensate me for the difference. At this point I am going thru their refund process. Lets hope that I don't have to come back on here and amend this to a full on ripoff story. I would NOT recommend this business, nor would I ever do business with them again. They have absolutely piss-poor customer service and send untested, defective parts. It also bears pointing out that this business is Not accredited thru the Better Business Bureau (sadly, I only learned of this after the fact, otherwise, I would have been better served purchasing one on Ebay.
