Cannot do oil change or wheel bearing

Took car for an oil change and only found out later that they overtightened the drain plug stripping the thread. A different repair shop had to fix the damage. Mavis would have used a self-tapping plug that eventually would leak oil and require an oil pan replacement. They rejected reimbursement, but were willing to check the work that was done. A fair request, but I am convinced that they will do more damage to my car either out of ineptitude or retaliation and deny reimbursement in the end.
It also took them four tries to do wheel bearings. They intentionally used a much higher torque to install them although the installation instructions stated otherwise.
They also installed a wrong axle into one of my cars which could have led to extensive damage later on. Only noticed that after a different repair shop detected the shoddy work.
They are also rather rude, never finish when they promise, and leave your car like a pig sty.
Avoid at all cost!!!
