Package not left, sent back to shipper without a call

Driver did not leave the package and UPS sent it back to the shipper. If they had called, it could have easily been resolved, as the last two shipments were left on the porch with no problem. I did not know a package was coming. I dislike their service as they are curt and do not care to resolve the situation.
