Nothing like paying for the same service twice

I bought a brand new set of tires from Firestone complete auto care in Moline and paid for mounting and balancing as usual. With less than 20k miles on them two of them started leaking around the bead, when I took the car back to Firestone I was charged an additional twenty dollars per tire plus tax to fix the problem. When I asked why they would not stand behind their product and work I was told because I didn't buy the additional road hazard insurance. I'm not sure how the bead leaking can be a road hazard problem. I would not recommend anyone take their vehicle to a place that won't stand behind their products or work.
