Firestone Complete Auto Care

I took my car to firestone yesterday to have my one tire looked at located in Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania. They made me leave my car there for hours just to simply check one tire, then they decided to call me a half hour before they closed knowing I live far (the manager has known me for years and knows I live far) and told me they wanted to keep my car all of the next day because they didn't have my tire in stock. I refused because of work so the guy mentioned putting a different tire and everything on my car which obviously nobody would want. So he ended up putting my spare on, I had to waste more gas driving there today and ended up paying a lot of money of a tire I was told would be free. I payed for the road hazard warrenty but apparently that doesn't matter to them. His solution was to take money off my total which obviously isn't going to help me in anyway because I still ended up buying the new tire. I paid almost $500 when I got my new tires and ended up paying them back for another tire today, they couldn't even say sorry or anything to me for pretty much taking double my money. So my recommendation is to never go to firestone for anything at all! This is not the first time I've had issues with them, they once overfilled my oil and blamed it all on me, which clearly wasn't my fault.
