On Saturday November 02, I Chester Hartzog shopped with NTB in Calumet City, Illinois to buy a battery. This is what occurred I was told previously over the telephone that this location sells Interstate batteries. I was of the belief that I would be paying for an interstate batteries. The completion of the sale was performed, and the car was driven around for pick-up, parked for pick-up. I did not look under the hood, until a hour later, an ntb
trade name service center battery was placed in my automobile.

The question is why the sales representative did not explain to me the product.
