Needed to ship some signs and here's what happened:

1. Driver showed up 4 hours late
2. I was double charged
3. The truck broke down
4. Truck shows up 3 days late with my paperwork and no shipment
5. My event ends and no sign of my signs
6. UPS calls to tell me the signs are lost
7. UPS ships them back for me
8. I get them back and they are COMPLETELY destroyed
9. I try to get a refund (I call and they tell me I already have a refund. I say yes that's because I was double charged. Now I want a refund on the original shipment because never made it / was lost for a week. I have to justify wanting money back because they think its enough to just ship them back for free. They missed the event, no I don't think its fair after everything that I should pay a dime. Oh okay yes I'll put that through right away someone will call you by x time. No one calls. I've called in THREE times now and had that exact conversation THREE times. This time the girl has the nerve to tell me there were no notes from the previous calls. Curious, because she was the one I talked to. I have her employee ID. I asked her for a direct number to call she won't give me one. I tell her I do not want to have this same conversation for a 4th time but I guess that's inevitable.

I really am ranting and I apologize but every single one of the mishaps above resulted in my having to call UPS. "Customer Service" is really misleading because the people I talked to do not care. I had to re-explain this horrible traumatizing situation EVERY time I called in. I just want my money back. I should not have to pay $500 for this awful service. It's been over a month and I've apparently called SO MANY times that I'm recycling through the same people and they still won't help me. I don't know how to reach someone over there that will actually care enough to handle my complaint. It's just awful: (
