Terrible! - Bloomex florists and gifts

I ordered flowers and cookies for my mother in law. They never arrived and no expolaination, Thet charged my credit card and I reported them to Visa for it. They finally said they would send flowers tomorrow but I said canncel the order and they said they would not do that.
I hate this business and I fear for anyone who uses them. They should be out of business
