UHaul 26' Truck Experience

My UHaul truck had a mechanical failure (which happens in the course of life) and the branch I leased it from (on Oracle Road in Tucson) handled it superbly. They towed my truck from the breakdown point all the way to my destination without causing me much hassle at all. They also made sure I did not incur additional expense due to the breakdown. Kirk (regional president) and Jimmy (GM) handled this situation the best way possible. I will always use UHaul for my future moves and I would recommend the same for everyone.
