Taken avantage of at ntb - NTB

Hi, my son went to ntb in cedar hill tx. To have his tires rotated. They told him his brake pads were worn. My son doesnt know anything about cars. So he said ok, put new pads on.By time they got done with him, he had a 502.99 bill. This is bullshit. It a old 98 ford escort. The brakes work good. All it needed was pads. If i sent my wife in there i guess ill get the same thing. I have three cars of my own that i bring to ntb for tires, alinements, an so on. Ntb has just lost all my buisnes.
