Just Brakes
Ripoff lied to - used brake pads put on my ca

I took my car to just brakes 4 mths ago. I was told to get my rotar replaced, i was like why my car is only 2 years old. Just please replace my pads / shoes. He said it would be 99.00 and i would have a life time warranty. He also told me that at first i would here some sqreeching because that is how new pads sound. I was like okay.

4 mths later, today, i go into just brakes and the guy richard tells me that i only have a 50k mile warranty. I was like okay that is fine. Then he calls me outside to look at my car, explaining stuff to me, i was like okay, fix it isn't it under warranty he was like no, i was like exuse me. I was like sir i can't afford a rotar, i explained that the the gentlemen before, then he was like my pads and shoes are not covered under warranty either because the rotar (only on one side) caused my pads to wear. And only one side of the pad was worn and not the other one. I was like what are you talking about. You are telling me my brake shoes and pads aren't covered. I was like then what is, he was like nothing. Then tell me what did i pay 99.00 dollars for. I have never paid 99.00 for brake shoes or pads. I was ripped off. And i want just brakes to either refund my money, or fix my car all together.
