Ripoff

On December 17th I rented a car from Campbell and Katie in Vero Beach and told them I would return it tp Melbourne branch. They said the drop off fee for that location would be $35.00

They told me I had a deal if I rented for a week I would get 2 days free and that the cost for the week would be $199.99. They would deduct $400.00 from my debit card and return the extra with the return of the car. I agreed.instead they deducted $500.00. When I called them several times, Campbell said he would get back to me. Today Campbell said he did not know I would be returning their car to another branch and will not submit my money.
