I ordered flower baskets (plants) for my friend and her mother for her dad's passing. The first basket arrived 2 days late, and the plant were all messed up. You couldnt even recognize any of the plants inside. I sent in a picture, because they said they would send a new one within 7 days of delivery only with a picture of proof that it was damaged. They never emailed me back and never sent another basket to my friend's mother. My friend received her 4 days later (ordered on the same day) and it was in the same shape as the other one.
They dont hold up to their policies! Their prices are extremely high for the services and quality of their product. I am never shopping there again, and will not recommend to anyone!
