New Egg Scamming via Shipping Charges Not Provided

Ordered item from New Egg and paid extra for 2-day shipping via UPS. Received notification of shipment from SpyTech, one of New Egg's vendors, that item was shipped via Ground UPS instead of 2-day. Final email received from New Egg today states that they will use Ground service instead of 2-day, and whether or not I paid for 2-day, if order will get to me within 2 business days. They refuse to make any adjustment or refund.
