RIPOFF dishonest, repeat repairs, overcharges, overall a bad service experience

I am a ASE certified Auto Technician with over 15 years experience and I have watched this shop over sell recommend the same repairs twice, and out and out lie to less knowledgeable people working with my company. I would highly recommend staying away from this dealer. I dealt with service adviser Angela on three occasions and it is always the same she trys to rip you off and when you point it out to her she acts like she no longer wants to deal with you my guess is she dislikes the educated consumer and would rather pray on the average customer who depends on a honest shop. The best advice is if you can stay away from this service department you would do yourself a favor.
