Ripoff has not tried to find a workable solution to returning my car Help Me!

I am a disable 57yr. Old african american female and I've reported this person to the bbb and to the ag's office.

First of all I was refered to this person by a close friend of mine and appearently since he'd done some work for her. She told me about him and upon thephone call to identify the purpose of the call it was in regrds to my 85-oldsmobile. Utlass the only repairs that wasa to be done to my car was to replace a muffler and a battery just so happen in the monthe of AugI di receive a letter for the AG'S office telling me that they would look into it

The person has just caused me to be a very unhappy indiviual and when I've tried to call him there wasn't no returns to any of my messages, then his services was off I've sent letter's trying to contact Mr. Harris and (nothing) Mr. Harris is not a very compromising gentleman and has a very nasty attitude cocerbing ladies are person's that he feel that he can get over on whoever reads this report.

I've tried to pay thed man his money several times and (the instruction that he told me was don't give my money to my on because he would not bring it home) (I'm not sure of what that was to mean) had I'd known he was so nasty of a person I would have not let my car be in his care oh yes he'd made the comment that it was more wrong with the car than I'd said I'd purchsed this one owner car from a elderly man in Giddings, Texas at the BoB Gold car lot now he has retired

I do have all of my information I'm not giving up on my car because ge say so he made the statement that he was going to remove parts from my car belive me ther wasn't anything wrong with my car when I got it at the Bob Gold's lot because I'd had it check out form the front to the back it is to my belief that he has removed parts from my car to use in someone else's car. My car was very much driverable and he thinks that I'm not sharp enough to know certain things

I really need someone to help me find a solurion to resolve this with this suppose to be machanic after awhile I realized that he was trying to keep my car and for what it's not any service to him just sitting in his back yard. HELP ME PLEASE, HELP ME PLEASE
