1999 sportage defective vehicle Herb Chambers Kia Seakonk

I own 1999 kia sportage bought it new and i had have had 4 wheel drive problems eva since. I brought it to the dealer about 7 times but they never fixed it. Then i found out they was a problem with the front seals leaking on the vacume then 2 years later i searched on the internet for manule hubbs and i put them on myself and thats fixed the four wheel drive problem. The check engine light keep going on the dealer couldnt fix it. The front elec windows broke they came out of track.

This is an ongoing problem with the the muffler system pipe, i know the steel they use has cheap aloys and will deteriate over time faster than usual.

This vehicle has had problems ever since i owned it
i had a number that the dealer used to get tech help, i called the number and pretended to be from the dealership i asked the tech on the line what to tell customers about the 4 w drv problem and he laughed, stated that kia will never put in a recall on this problem.

He told me kia corp knew of the 4 w drv vacumme system leaking air because of the front wheel seals, the seals also will let moisture in the hub ruining the bearings in wheels. It happend to my kia.

I told the dealer about what i had found out and he threatened to sue me, i said i would like the opertunity to be in court please!!! Never heard from kia or the dealer..

I think this kia corp need a class action suit i tried the lemon law in fall river, ma but i was so mad at kia the consumers help shut me down and told me not to call back. So i an stuck with 15000.00 $ veh
