Bloomex wont back up their own business agreements - Flower delivery

I placed three orders 2 days before the past mothers day. All were to have flowers delivered on Mothers day. The shipping alone on my orders cost me $60 and none of the flowers were delivered on time. They were all between 3-5 DAYS LATE! I want to warn any customer planning to order from Bloomex they do not comply with their own shipping agreements. Below is the e-mail I received from them after complaining more then 4 times to management. The $20 credit they gave me barely covers the shipping cost of one of the three orders I sent, there is also nothing on their site that can be purchased and received for this price. The company is not willing to do anything further and has no intent to fullfill their customers needs or satisfaction. BUYER BEWARE!!!
