After receiving a notice that I had a package waiting I went to the office the following day. It was after 5pm. I was told the driver would be back at 5:30p. I decided to wait since I live a half hour away. At 6pm I went back into the office and was told the driver had failed to come back because he went to help someone. I asked that the package be brought back to my home this evening since it was supposed to be in the office. The woman that was helping me was nice and trying to find a way to help me with this. Then a guy named Larry butted into the conversation and sarcastically said that it was not going to happen. I told him he was rude and then he came at me with his eyes bugging out of his head wanting to know why he was rude. I explained it to him and he laughed at me. The girl continued to try and help and Larry left the counter then he came back and stared at me. The girl said she would call me this evening to make arrangements for the package to be delivered. Then Larry said "have a nice day sarcastically." I told him he was a jerk, and he just repeated have a great day. This was just poor customer service First, I was not even working with him. I plan to call the supervisor, which probably will not make a difference. Fed Ex has the worst customer service training. One guy decides not to come back to the office and the customer service rep is a jerk!!!
