False advertising claims

I went to NTB for an oil change and had a $19.95 coupon. When I went in there, they said they could not honor the coupon because my 2010 Hyundai Elantra supposedly required the use of synthetic oil and would cost $60 and they were not allowed to use conventional oil for my car. I checked my owners manual and nowhere does it require the use of synthetic. What liars! They use false advertising to suck you in and then try to take your money. Don't fall for their tricks!
