Harbor Freight Tool Company False/misleading advertising

I received a coupon in the mail stating 20% off any one item in store. No restricted items were listed on the coupon. I drove all the way over there and they said they've changed their policy to disclude their big ticket items. Policy change was Nov 1st. I recieved the coupon middle of Dec. This is misleading/false advertising. It's a classic "bait & switch" scam to get you into the store with no intention of honoring their advertisments. I would return as a costumer if they honored this coupon.
