False Advertising

I got a coupon from KFC during a promotion they had earlier. The coupon was for $10.00 and still valid. It also said redeemable at any KFC.
I tried to use this coupon at the Cataraqui Centre in Kingston at Gardiner's Road. The clerk took the coupon to the manager and returned telling me they don't take coupons. I explained that the coupon was valid and it says can be used at any KFC.
Anyway I drove to the KFC where I originally got the coupon and they were glad to honour it.
I believe that if the coupon says redeemable at any KFC and is valid
and it is denied that is false advertising.
I will never buy lunch or anything else from the Cataraqui Centre location and if this issue is not resolved I will endeavour to tell all the people I know about this place.
