Ripoff The worst customer service ever cheaters

You would think that an oil change is the simplest thing when it comes to a car. Think again. You would also think that when you pay for a service you get that service done. Not with these people. I asked for a synthetic oil change. After waiting for almost an hour i realize that the little sticker on the windshield says to bring the car back after 3000 miles. With synthetic oil it's suppose to be 5000 miles.

I go back to make sure that it's only the sticker that is incorrect. Wrong. The mechanic did a regular oil change but charged me for a synthetic (almost twice the price). I get no apology and no discount. What I get is the owners bad attitude and even worse customer service. I wanted him to change the oil again and this time with synthetic oil (like I originally asked). He refused. I asked for my money back. He refused. He said all he's giving me is the difference of the two prices.

I said, I don't want to pay for a regular oil change, that's not what I wanted. I could hardly get a word in between. So I said I should at least get a discount. He yelled, said i don't deserve a discount and told me he'll give me back the difference that's it. After trying to reason with the man and not getting anywhere, I was forced to take the difference and go get a real synthetic oil change somewhere else.

So I paid him $30 for something I did not wanted or needed and then still had to spend $50 somewhere else for a synthetic oil change. I could not believe how rudly and unfairly I was treated and how mean and nasty the owner was toward me. I have never felt so ripped off in my life.
