Neco Engine Centers rip off, false advertisment

I brought my 1995 chevy lumina in to neco engines in june to have a remanufactered engine installed. I was told that total cost with engine and labor with free tow would be 2,500 sound's good well if it sounds to good I probably not.

I put a 1250 deposit was told car would be done in 10 days several calls later no car no answer a phone call one day saying the total cost now due was 2,500 I said why I thought the I only owed another 1.250 no I was told there was other parts that they installed mind you without permission.

If I received a remanufactered engine then the parts in the engine would not be broken? They took my engine and rebuilt it so I paid for my old engine that runs like crap. It's the same engine they claim. No I ended up paying 3700 for the car to get fixed. The van itself isn't worth that much and to top it off due to not having a vehicle my wife lost her job because it required to have a vehicle and her job worked around the ten days that the van was to be done in that we got back 2 month later.

I am going to sue for the total cost. Scum bags should not get away with stuff like this and it sucks cause the van runs like crap and who can afford an attorney to sue. So I will have to go to small claims court and only get back 2500. He still wins in the long run? Any one no a good lawyer that is affordable or will take payments or payment if the case is won?
