FromYouFlowers HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Horrible experience! Will never deal with this company again! Don't pay with Paypal. They will give you a difficult time even though payment was completed right away. Rude man on phone verifies Paypal acct. Then adding to the headache, order was never fullfilled. Asked for refund & then another headache because since I paid with Paypal only the acct holder can cancel even though the refund is going straight back to Paypal. Took 5 phone calls & 5 customer service reps. To tell me why the flowers/balloon were NEVER delivered. I had to make all the calls, they'll tell you they'll call you back as soon as they find out what happened but they won't! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

From the way this company handled my order, I have a feeling I won't receive refund anytime soon.
