Horrible buisness - flowers

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for her 23rd birthday, she lives in Quebec and I am a student in New Brunswick. I pre-ordered the flowers for this day and her flowers were not delivered, nor did they call me to let me know. I called 3 times and my mother called twice. We finally spoke to someone to refund my money back... Not an apology was ever mentioned. This company sucks... I will never EVER order flowers from BLOOMEX again. They suck. There service is unprofessional... So unprofessional that I heard a representative talking on Facebook while I was talking to her on the phone. I wanted a refund and my gf to receive her flowers with no charge for this horrible service. But instead they did not honour that request. I will take further action and assure that everyone will know what a horrible buisness this actually is.
