Rip me off and poor communication

I originally took my vehicle in 3yrs ago to have the trans checked never gave them the authorization to remove my trans but because they did I was forced to have them repair it. So what the manager did was gave me a fleet warranty since I didn't authorize them to remove it. A yr later I had to take it back for the rear seal leaking and they constantly lied toa monh to go on my warranty and started to experience me about when my vehicle will be completed. The last and final straw for me is I have a month to go on my warranty and I started to experience hesitation issues so I took it into another repair center on a Friday they said because there not affiliated with the prior shop they had to call corporate regarding authorization so here today is Tuesday the 15th of january and I call to find out the status and they still haven't started on my vehicle as of yet not to mention I had to taka day off of work because the last time I rented a vehicle I spent to much money because of the lying they did to me for the finalization of repairs so I couldn't afford to take the chance on renting another rental car.
