Bloomex horrible service and false advertising - Gourmet Collection II

I recently ordered a gift basket from Bloomex. I ordered it on the 23rd of december, paid extra to have it delivered the next day, and it wasn't delivered until decembered 28th. When I contacted them, they claimed that it was in the product description that it would be delivered late, but I wouldn't have bought the basket if it had said that. Having a "next day delivery" option is great if you actually deliver the next day. Their website is full of false advertising and "fine print". They are hard to get a hold of over the phone and when you finally do talk to someone they just ask for your phone number saying they'll forward it to customer services. Honestly, who knows when you'll get a call back from them. Their company/services are basically a scam. There are hundreds of terrible reviews on the internet for this company. Do not buy from them. I got suckered in, I hope you don't too.
