Bloomex mothers day gift basket missing - Bloomex

I ordered a Spa gift basket for my mother in law on May 07th (tuesday) and arranged for it to be delivered on may 10 (friday) to get ahead of the mothers day chaos. The basket never showed up, I phoned and was told there would be an investigation. Never heard back from anyone. Tried to do a live chat but as soon as I told the operator that my order was missing the chat was terminated and my IP address was blacklisted! Finally got through to someone on the phone Sunday and was told that it was out for delivery but there was no tracking number and they couldn't help me anymore. Emailed them many times today, they won't directly answer me on where the package is, if it's being delivered or if I'm getting refunded! Terrible company with horrible customer service. They've never apologized and my mother in law is in tears over the whole mess.
