Next day delivery DOES NOT EXIST with this company!

Bloomex were HORRIBLE to deal with. I wish I had done my research. I ordered flowers for 'NEXT DAY DELIVERY' for a sick friend of mine's birthday and they never arrived until the following afternoon! Bloomex offered to refund me $5 (AFTER I had contacted them saying that I wanted to cancel the order as it was a day late.) and they are YET to even RESPOND to my complaint. Aweful service DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!
