SIMPLY NO after customer support for Missing & Found division. Sent and named often for their Missing & Discovered division regarding a product left out. Actually their customer support team established that their universal mail is handled just like a trash mail. Critically why have a contact if no body follows-up? And why even bother having moving of calls to non existent employees? All I get were voice emails that claims that calls is likely to be delivered within 24-48 hours, but you know what - it generally does not occur! I believe they have to DISCOVER their Missing & Discovered Division trigger they're TRULY LOST IN AREA!!
