Check Refund

In May I reduced my 2005 Hyundai Tucson that was funded with Hyundai Engine Borrowed and bought a 2012 Hyundai Veloster that will be funded by Capitol One Auto Financing.in December in mistake, I delivered my regular vehicle cost to Hyundai Motor Fund. Though my bill together have been shut since April they still cashed the check. After I recognized this on December 11 and approached them-they advised mean reimbursement check has been cut. On December 19 after I still hadn't obtained a check I approached them again. They once more advised me a reimbursement check was planned to become cut on December 26. On January 3 after I still hadn't obtained a check I called them again. They advised me the check have been cut and shipped on January 2. On January 4 after I still hadn't obtained a check I called them again. They stated the machine was demonstrating that the check had been cut was shipped. It's obtained nearly one entire month to obtain a check reimbursement to get a check that never must have been banked because of the reality the consideration have been shut since April. I've talked with many administrators who, are allegedly the final client consultant who may interface with sutomer and none ask them to have now been ready to correct the problem. This all happening throughout the vacations once the resources were greatly needed.
