I feel sorry for the front line staff that has to respond to customer complaints due to poor management directive / decisions

Green Tree customer support is operate on the foundation of: "if we offer unlikely reaction situations subsequently no body may bother us". Obviously I gest within this declaration, but browse the subsequent mail reply, from Natural Pine, after I delivered a contact request:

This Really Is unfortunate... Possibly a great way to maintain work expenses along and prices up... Unfortunate to determine! I want they might set there places to copy businesses like USAA or Schwab... However only results-oriented businesses might do this which is where I believe Green Tree varies. Simply my two-cents; I'm sorry for that front-line team that's to react to client grievances because of bad administration instruction / choices.
