Deal being reported lost

Bundle delivered to Winston Salem NC from Shenzhen, China by DHL. As shipped was authorized for by bundle but wasn't delivered to the tackle that was best. Spoke towards his boss and the supply guy and was informed that it was sent by the shipping guy to not 426 and 436. He described he had somebody who walked by signal my spouse's title towards the obtaining doc and quit the bundle about the doorstep. Nobody has observed the bundle and also the obtaining record was obviously cast. I had been informed the customer support division isn't permitted to create global calls although attempting to solve this issue and many telephone calls plus telephone calls are not reimbursed for by them. DHL shut this situation using the bundle being reported missing.
