Ripoff car was towed and they damaged my transmission. My car was in good shape before they towed it

They were only told to moved my car by the building manager at my apartment complex, because of roof work being done. But my car was in good good condition before they towed it away. I went to get my car from the towing lot and pay the required fees. But the men were very rude to me. They waited until i paid my money then said your car isn't here let us try and find your vechicle.

I waited three hours still they never came out the office to tell me anything. This was the worst business that i had to deal with in my life. They were just talking very n asty to me and they came out and said they aren't responsible for my car being damageed. They the worker stated that it's my word against his.

Finally, i left and returned with the police and they wouldn't let the officers in, he told them they need a warrat. So the officers told me to contact a lawyer because they aren't acting professional towards me at all. They couldn't help me any further. This towing company thinks they can get away with destroying peoples property and not be held responible. I think they should pay for the damages to my car. Because now i'm out of my car and they get away scott free. I didn't deserve to be treated this way. I think lew blum towing should no longer conduct business with the public consumers.
