I also have issues with Nuvell Financial. I will be the first one to admit that my credit score is MY fault, but when people are forced to use these high-interest lenders, most of the time everyone loses.

I financed a brand-new car in Nov. 2001 (2002 model $15,000). After 4.5 years of paying on it, I still owed the same $15,000!!

With financial setbacks taking a toll on my family, I could no longer keep up the $400 monthly payments, so I "voluntarily surrendered" the car - what a joke!

After it was sold at auction, plus all of the fees that they tack on, Nuvell still wants me to pay $12,000!! You know, if I had $12,000 I would have kept the car! My whole family shares one vehicle!

They tell you that using the lender will give you a chance to rebuild your credit. What they don't tell you is that any little problem and you are threatened, your children are called liars if they happen to answer the phone and you aren't home, your family members are harassed and you never have a moment's peace. They are the most unprofessional, degrading bunch of people I have ever encountered.

I'm not some deadbeat hobo living on the street. I have a college degree, and have had some bad luck and made some bad choices. Using Nuvell is a mistake I will never repeat! I will probably have to file bankruptcy just to get out from under this oppressing situation.

Warning to all potential car buyers - never allow a dealer to talk you into using Nuvell! They are banned in several states for their business practices - wish they were in Florida!
