I am a former Marine who has been hit with hard times. I recently had to move into a family members house due to me loosing my job, i was just 2 payments behind and was getting ready to pay them off with a settlement i was getting on the 15th of MArch. They could not give me what my pay off was they said it was around 16,000, they stated it changed daily due to intrest and fees, how is that possible when i have made 18 payments @ 430 and baught the car for 13,500, what intrest was more than the sale price of the vehical. They wanted the 2 payments that were due pluss the payment that was due on the 20th since i was 2 behind they stated that it was that or they would come get the cr, i said send me a right to cure letter which if i am not mistaken is the LAW, they said nope we will just come get it. That was friday. This morning i awoke to tow truck in yard driver had pick up order for car. I took my tag off the car and gave him he key, I asked him how many repos fron NUVELL did he do so far this am i was #6 and it was only 10 am what does that say about nuvell. They are automotive thiefs, especialy when they are supposed to be part of GM & GMAC which just got handed a check from our goverment. I will never buy a GM car again. Lets do somthing about this NUVELL & GMAC ripp off's i hope some layer has the Balls to start a class action law suite against NUVELL
