Les Schwab Tires
Ripoff Very Poor customer Service

I have been a customer of Les Schwab Tires for about 3 or 4 years, spending well over $4,000.00 on multiple sets of shocks and tires, as well as a lift kit for my 4runner (which is a whole nother story).
I had been pleased in the past with their service, but for some reason on my last visit I recieved verry poor service. My mother had a nail in one of her tires on her van and I told her the we could bring it in to les schwab and have them fix it. When we get there I ask for kyle, who was the employee I had been working with in the past. They informed me that he was no longer with the company, so I just asked at the front counter if they could fix a tire for me, they asked if I had purchased the tire from them, and I told them that I had not purchased this particular tire from them, but had baught many others from them. They told me that since I had not baught this tire from them that they would have to charge me $12.00 to fix it, which I found strange. I told them that I would call around to see if I could find someone else, and they said ok, and did not seem to interested in trying to save my business.
I ended up taking the van to America's Discount Tires where they GLADLY fixed it at no charge to me.
I am not really upset about Les Schwab trying to charge $12.00 to fix my tire, I can afford that. It was just their lack of customer service to a customer who, up to that point had been verry loyal, and spent thousands of dollars there. None the less they have obviouslly lost my business and I will probably end up going to America's Discount Tires.
