Terrible service, refund refused - Bruny Island Safari

Purchased a cruise in TAS for our holiday (we live in VIC). Had tour booked for more than 2 months in advance. Tour cancelled the night before at 7pm due to low numbers. We offered to go on the other couple of days we would be in the area but they didnt want to run the tour with low numbers. We contacted living social via email and they responded saying they would look into it. After no further response after a week or so we sent through a second refund request which offered us a credit on our account but no refund. I responded that that would be ok. After another 11 days we has received no email, no refund or credit on our account. Called today and they refused to refund saying it would take 10 business days to investigate if we were to get a credit card refund!!! Very pissed off as we need the money more than credit seeing as we had to spend extra to pay to go on a different tour! Very disappointing, sure makes you think twice about buying through livingsocial.
