Chattanooga Brew Tour - Overall Feedback - Bus Beer Tour of Chattanooga, TN

First the good news: I took the tour on 1/3 and was pleased with the quality and value of the tour. We visited 2 growler houses and a brew pub. Sampled 14 beers and were provide with complimentary appetizers at the Terminal. Pace was leisurely. Tour guide and driver (an owner) were helpful and knowledgeable.

Improvements: Customer Service: I called the number provided and spoke to someone on two occasions trying to get a tour scheduled. Both times the person said they would confirm a date and time within a couple of days and failed to. I finally went online and scheduled my own date and time and received an automated response. On my way to my scheduled tour, I was contacted to confirm one of the earlier dates/times in the same day and told that there was no tour at the time I had scheduled. I became upset and use dthe word "frickin'" and was told that since this was a family event, my reservation had been cancelled due to my attitude. I called and back and promised to behave and was allowed to join the tour.
