Unauthorized charge on credit card

I noticed an unauthorized charge of $11.99 on my credit card. I called the number after seeing many other complaints about this company on this site. I was told that when ordering shoes on-line I was offered a 20% discount and accepted. This automatically signed me up for Great Fun! I never received the $20 refund for the 20% discount on the shoes, nor did I received anything by mail or email that they claimed they sent. I refused the $20 discount check they said they would send me and asked for a credit to my account. They said they would do this in 10-15 days. Beware.
