Paying money back for a loan in 2009 thats what i was told

This person from the title of Investigator Login named my work informing me how I had been likely to need to visit courtroom of course if I did so I had been likely to need to proceed before a judge and that I would need to spend them 3,250but they'd negotiate easily settled 1,230 that we did just like a trick since the method he was speaking he created me feel just like I had been likely to prison for this etc theAUGUST 5 i delivered them 500.00 and on JULY 8 i delivered them another 500.00 and on JULY 22 i delivered them another 250.00 all-on a Walmart Bank Card I'm just like a total trick after studying all of this other things online about that so-called Detective Logan man he then explained he would deliver me a notice named PIF declaring that i settled entirely all I do want to understand is there anyhow for me personally to obtain my money-back I've a-5 year-old daughter that simply began college for that very first time and that I needed to market among my TVs to obtain all her materials I truly feel As an ass - at this time but this person named my work and truly had me persuaded that i going to visit prison easily didnt spend this cash may somebody please help when possible.
